As a director I have worked with companies such as the Young Vic and Royal Shakespeare Company on productions as varied as locking audiences in steel shipping containers and pop-up operas in Selfridges. On each show I used my skills as a leader to draw teams of varied people together behind a shared goal, brought out the best performance from each individual and found creative solutions to unexpected challenges.
My training courses and coaching sessions support leaders to develop the same abilities within the context of their business, including: staying calm under pressure, displaying dynamic presence in presentations and challenging conversations, drawing forth the potential of diverse teams and finding innovative ways to make the most of opportunities.
All my work is based on my belief that by deeply respecting the person in front of us we can support them to unlock their immense potential.
I am a coach accredited by Culture at Work Ltd and Relational Dynamics 1st Ltd, an ILM 5-accredited trainer, and I adhere to The Global Code of Ethics for Coaches. Previous clients include PWC, Slaughter and May, British Airways, Taylor Wessing, BC Partners, Carlsberg, and Ahli Bank. I am currently a trainer on the University of York’s Strategic Leadership Program and with h2h and a coach on the University of York St John’s Executive MBA.
